WineYourFood is an online platform that connects customers with local restaurants and their exclusive food and wine pairings. Orders are processed through our website and fulfilled by restaurants and trusted delivery partners.

  • You must be 19 years of age or older to order wine.

  • Proof of age (valid government-issued ID) is required upon delivery.

  • Delivery personnel are Smart Serve certified and may refuse delivery if age cannot be verified or if the customer appears intoxicated.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only once payment is completed through our secure payment provider, Stripe.

  • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Restaurants may set specific delivery windows. Orders placed outside those times will be rescheduled.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if requirements (such as legal age verification) are not met.

  • We are not responsible for the quality of food or wine prepared by restaurants, but we work with trusted partners to ensure high standards.

  • We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery providers.
